Cheese Latkes

wheat germ, cottage cheese, wheat bran,

Serves: 4 Servings

Ingredients:

1/2 lb Cottage cheese, dry curd; or
-farmer cheese
3 Eggs
3 tb Matzo meal, wheat bran, or
-wheat germ
1/2 ts Salt
2 tb Sugar; optional


Instructions:

Mix all ingredients together till smooth. Spray a non-stick griddle or
skillet with vegetable cooking spray. Drop batter by large spoonfuls onto
hot griddle. Cook till browned on bottom; turn over and cook the other
side.
