Cheese Grits

Grits, Velveeta, casserole


Serves: 12 Servings

Ingredients:

1 1/2 c Grits
1/4 c Margarine
3 Egg; beaten
1 lb Velveeta; grated
1 ts Salt
1 ds Tabasco or Pickapeppa sauce
Paprika

Instructions:

Cook grits according to package directions. Add margarine, eggs, cheese
and salt; cook slowly until cheese melts. Remove from heat and add Tabasco
or Pickapeppa sauce. Pour into a casserole or souffle dish and sprinkle
with paprika. Bake one hour at 250 degrees.
